`Granting Motion to Withdraw Counsel
`37 C.F.R. § 42.10

`
`Avigilon Fortress Corporation (“Patent Owner”) filed an authorized
`Motion to Withdraw Counsel in each of the above referenced proceedings.
`See Paper 32.2 Avigilon states its lead counsel, Eugene Goryunov, has
`terminated his employment with Kirkland & Ellis and requests that
`Mr. Goryunov be permitted to withdraw as counsel. Id. at 1. Patent Owner
`states Petitioner does not oppose the Motion. Id.
`Patent Owner concurrently filed a Power of Attorney (Paper 33) and
`an Updated Mandatory Notice (Paper 34) in each of the above referenced
`proceedings listing Reza Dokhanchy as lead counsel and Adam R. Alper,
`Michael W. De Vries, and Akshay S. Deoras as back-up counsel. Patent
`Owner states that because Mr. Dokhanchy, Mr. Alper, Mr. De Vries, and
`Mr. Deoras will remain in each of the proceedings, the withdrawal of Mr.
`Goryunov will not interfere or delay the proceedings. Paper 32, 1.
`Based upon consideration of the motion and the record before us, we
`grant Patent Owner’s motion to withdraw in each of the above referenced
`proceedings.
`It is, therefore, ORDERED that Patent Owner’s motion to withdraw
`Eugene Goryunov as counsel in each of the above referenced proceedings is
`granted.
