`(“Petitioner”) hereby requests oral argument, currently scheduled for February 25,

`2020. See Scheduling Oder, Paper 7 at p. 9.
`
`Petitioner specifies the following issues to be argued:
`
`1. Whether Challenged Claims 1 and 9 of the ’922 patent are
`
`unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as obvious over the ’540 patent (Ex. 1004) in
`
`view of the ’433 patent (Ex. 1006).
`
`2. Whether Challenged Claims 1 and 9 of the ’922 patent are
`
`unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as obvious over the ’279 patent (Ex. 1005) in
`
`view of the 98-010P Report (Ex. 1007).
`
`3. Whether Challenged Claims 1 and 9 of the ’922 patent are
`
`unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as obvious over the ’492 patent (Ex. 1008) in
`
`view of the ’540 patent.
`
`Any issues addressed by the Board in the Decision to Institute (Paper
`
`Reply to any arguments raised in Patent Owner’s Response or Sur-
`
`6).

`Petitioner notes that the current IPR is very closely related to IPR2019-

`00211 and that most of the issues to be argued are identical. Consequently,

`Petitioner suggests that the oral argument for each of these IPRs be combined into
`
`a single oral argument for efficiency.
