`Subject: IPR2019‐00235; IPR2019‐00236
`
`Dear Board,
`
`Patent Owner respectfully requests that the Board accept for filing its Preliminary Responses and
`exhibits in IPR2019‐00235 and IPR2019‐00236, or in the alternative, extend Patent Owner’s deadline for
`the Preliminary Responses by one day.
`
`Petitioners do not oppose this request.
`
`Some of Patent Owner’s documents were filed before the midnight Eastern Time deadline last night, but
`some did not make it through the system until just after the deadline.  In the 235 matter, it appears that
`the last of the documents were processed and input to the system by 12:01 AM ET.  In the 236 matter, it
`appears that the last of the documents were processed and input to the system by 12:08 AM ET.  Given
`the length of the delay in filing, we do not believe there is any prejudice to Petitioners or impact on the
`scheduling of the two IPR proceedings.
`
`We are available for a conference call should the Board consider one necessary.
`
`Thank you,
`Reza
`
