`LLP. Lead counsel in this inter partes review proceeding is Douglas G.

`Trademark Office and holds Registration No. 42,018. With respect to this

`United States District Courts and in the United States Court of Appeals for the

`Federal Circuit. Further, I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the

`University of Southern California.

`I am familiar with U.S. Patent 7,953,857 (“the ’857 patent”), and with
`
`the legal subject matter, technical subject matter, and prior art discussed in
`
`Petitioner’s request for inter partes review of the ’857 patent, which forms the basis
`
`for this proceeding.
