`Petitioner Panasonic Corporation and Panasonic Corporation of North

`America (collectively “Panasonic”) hereby respectfully request an oral hearing
`
`pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a) and the Board's Scheduling Order dated April 29,
`
`2019 (Paper No. 12) providing for an oral argument, if requested, on January 28,
`
`2020. Panasonic wishes to present argument on the following issues:
`
`1.
`
`The unpatentability of the instituted claims of U.S. Patent No.
`
`9,258,698 on the instituted ground, including all issues raised by Panasonic’s
`
`Petition and Reply.
`
`2.
`
`Rebuttal to issues raised by Patent Owner, including in its presentation
`
`at the oral argument.
`
`3.
`
`Any issue raised by any party in a motion to strike, motion to exclude
`
`(if any), objections to demonstrative exhibits (if any), or any other motion or paper
`
`filed by any party before oral argument.
`
`4.
`
`Any other issues on which the Board seeks clarification.
`
`Panasonic requests that each of Panasonic and Patent Owner be given 30
`
`minutes of total time to present its arguments, inclusive of rebuttal time. Panasonic
`
`also requests the ability to use audio/visual equipment to display demonstrative
`
`exhibits, including the use of a projector and screen for demonstrative slides.
