`(“Qualcomm”) hereby requests an opportunity to present oral argument regarding

`the unpatentability of the instituted claims of U.S. Patent No. 9,154,356 (“the ’356
`
`patent”).
`
`Specifically, Qualcomm plans to present arguments on:
`
`1. The correct construction of the claim term “carrier aggregation”;
`
`2. Why claims 2–6 are not anticipated under 35 U.S.C. § 102 by Lee;
`
`3. Why claim 10 is not obvious under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over Lee and Youssef;
`
`4. Why claims 2–6 are not obvious under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over Lee and the
`
`Feasibility Study;
`
`5. Why claim 10 is not obvious under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over Lee, the
`
`Feasibility Study, and Youssef; and,
`
`6. Any additional issues on which the Board seeks clarification, or which the
`
`Board deems necessary for issuing a final written decision.
`
`This request is being filed concurrently with a Request for Oral Argument in
`
`related case IPR2019-00128, which is scheduled for oral argument on the same day
`
`(February 27, 2020).
`
`Qualcomm requests to use audio/visual equipment to display demonstrative
`
`exhibits, including the use of a projector and screen for a PowerPoint display. In
