`Petitioner’s Request for Oral Argument

`hereby respectfully requests oral argument in this proceeding.

`Petitioner requests sixty (60) minutes per side for the oral argument in this
`
`proceeding. Oral argument is currently scheduled for January 28, 2020.
`
`The issues to be argued include: whether the challenged claims of U.S.
`
`Patent 9,258,698 are unpatentable, including all issues raised in Petitioner’s
`
`Petition and Reply; rebuttal to issues raised by Patent Owner Cellspin Soft, Inc.
`
`(“Patent Owner”); and any additional issues raised in any motion or paper filed
`
`before oral argument.
`
`Petitioner respectfully reserves the right to address any arguments presented
`
`by Patent Owner and any other issues on which the Board wishes to hear
`
`arguments during the oral hearing. Petitioner requests the ability to use audio and
`
`visual equipment to display demonstrative exhibits.
