`stipulate to extend the deadlines for DUE DATES 2 and 3 as follows:

`• DUE DATE 2 will be changed from October 15, 2019 to October 22, 2019;
`
`and
`
`• DUE DATE 3 will be changed from November 26, 2019 to December 3,
`
`2019.
`
`A revised DUE DATE Appendix is attached showing the changes made
`
`relative to the original schedule in redline. This stipulation does not affect or
`
`modify DUE DATES 4 through 8. The Parties agree that Petitioner will file this

`Notice on behalf of both Parties.
