`As discussed and approved during the Board’s January 27, 2020 Prehearing

`Conference, Petitioner Canon U.S.A., Inc. (“Petitioner”) and Patent Owner
`
`Cellspin Soft, Inc. (“Patent Owner”) (collectively, the “Parties”), hereby stipulate
`
`as follows:
`
` This Stipulation concerns Patent Owner’s Motion at (Paper 43), Petitioner’s
`
`Motion to Strike (Paper 44), and Petitioner’s Opposition to Patent Owner’s
`
`Motion (Paper 45).
`
` Patent Owner attempted to file its Motion (Paper 43) on January 3, 2020
`
`using the PTAB E2E system. Patent Owner received an email from ETE
`
`stating that “The motion and related document(s), if any, have been filed,”
`
`and Patent Owner served its Motion upon Petitioner via email on January 3,
`
`2020.
`
` Petitioner attempted to file its Motion (Paper 44) on January 3, 2020 using
`
`the PTAB E2E system. Petitioner received an email from ETE stating that
`
`“The motion and related document(s), if any, have been filed,” and
`
`Petitioner served its Motion upon Patent Owner via email on January 3,
`
`2020.
`
` Petitioner attempted to file its Opposition (Paper 45) on January 10, 2020
`
`using the PTAB E2E system. Petitioner received an email from ETE stating
`
`that “The motion and related document(s), if any, have been filed,” and
`
`
`

`Petitioner served its Opposition upon Patent Owner via email on January 10,
`
`
`
`2020.
`
` During the Board’s January 27, 2020, Prehearing Conference, the Board
`
`indicated that the abovementioned Motions and Opposition had not been
`
`filed. The Board instructed the Parties to file the Motions and Opposition on
`
`January 27, 2020. The Parties did so. The Board further granted the parties
`
`leave to file this stipulation within one week of the Prehearing Conference.
`
` The parties stipulate that Patent Owner’s Motion (Paper 43) and Petitioner’s
`
`Motion (Paper 44) should be deemed timely filed and served as of January 3,
`
`2020, and that Petitioner’s Opposition (Paper 45) should be deemed timely
`
`filed and served as of January 10, 2020.
