`On Wednesday, Patent Owner reached out to Petitioner to request that the briefing calendar for the motion for joinder 
`be merged with the preliminary response date or, alternatively, a two week extension be given to respond to the motion 
`for joinder.  Petitioner does not oppose a two week extension for Patent Owner’s opposition, under the assumption that 
`the additional delay in briefing will not negatively impact the substance of the motion.  Specifically, Petitioner 
`understands that the decision on the joinder motion assesses the proceedings as of the filing date of the joinder motion 
`and does not oppose a two week extension with the understanding that the additional delay will not cause a change in 
`either of the relevant proceedings that negatively impacts resolution of the joinder motion relative to when the joinder 
`motion was filed.  Petitioner is generally available for a conference call on Monday, December 10, 2018.
