`The ’356 patent is the subject of an action: Certain Mobile Electronic Devices
`
`and Radio Frequency and Processing Components Thereof, Investigation No. 337-
`
`ITC-1093, which has been terminated.
`
`The ’356 patent is the subject of another action: Qualcomm Inc. v. Apple Inc.,
`
`No. 3:17-cv-02398 (S.D. Cal.), which has been dismissed.
`
`The Parties are not seeking termination of the instant proceeding.
`
`In the related case Investigation No. 337-ITC-1093, a final initial determination
`
`was entered finding independent claims 1 and 17 of the ’356 patent to be invalid as
`
`anticipated by U.S. Patent Application Publication No. 2012/0056681 (“Lee”).
`
`Qualcomm and Apple subsequently filed a joint motion to stay all deadlines on the
`
`basis of the parties’ settlement and filed a motion to terminate. The ITC has terminated
`
`the proceeding.
`
`Petitioner has filed the following other petitions for inter partes review of the
`
`’356 patent: IPR2019-00048, IPR2019-00049, IPR2019-00128, and IPR2019-00129.
`
