`Patent 6,118,449
`
`The panel modifies our Decision on Institution (Decision) issued on
`March 29, 2019 (Paper 7) as follows:
`On page 27 of the Decision, the sentence “With respect to this ground,
`Petitioner has not shown a reasonable likelihood that it would prevail in
`showing that claims 12, 14, 38, 40, 60, 62, 79, and 81,” is changed to “With
`respect to this ground of unpatentability over Malamud, Anthias, and
`Nicholson, Petitioner has shown a reasonable likelihood that it would prevail
`in showing that claims 40 and 81 are unpatentable as obvious, but not shown
`a reasonable likelihood that it would prevail in showing that claims 12, 14,
`38, 60, 62, and 79 are unpatentable as obvious.”
`On page 38 of the Decision, the sentence “With respect to claims 14,
`40, 62, and 81, we reiterate that the teachings of Nielsen discussed by
`Petitioner are not linked to execution of cursor display code by a browser,
`and the use of parameters defined in the cursor display instruction
`(character_model of Baker) are not linked to those teachings,” is deleted.
`On page 39 of the Decision, the sentence “We determine that
`Petitioner has established a reasonable likelihood that it would prevail in
`showing that claims 27, 33, 41, 72, and 82 are unpatentable,” is changed to
`“We determine that Petitioner has established a reasonable likelihood that it
`would prevail in showing that claims 27, 33, 40, 41, 72, 81, and 82 are
