`On January 30, 2019, Petitioner Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. filed a
`
`Reply to Patent Owner Sanofi-Aventis Deutschland GmbH’s Preliminary
`
`Response in each of the above-captioned proceedings. Paper 16.2 Patent
`
`Owner requested, via email, authorization to file a sur-reply. A conference
`
`call was held on February 5, 2019, between counsel for each party and
`
`Judges Jung, Gerstenblith, and Mayberry. A transcript of the call is being
`
`prepared and will be filed as an exhibit in each proceeding. The transcript
`
`will reflect the details of the call that are not repeated here. For the reasons
`
`explained during the call, we find good cause to authorize a limited sur-reply
`
`by Patent Owner in each proceeding.
`
`It is hereby:

`ORDERED that Patent Owner is authorized to file a limited sur-reply
`
`to Petitioner’s Reply to Patent Owner’s Preliminary Response in each
