`Petitioner Juniper Networks, Inc. (“Petitioner”) requests a refund of post-
`
`institution fees in the amount of $15,000.00.
`
`On August 31, 2018, Petitioner filed a Petition for Inter Partes Review of
`
`claims 1-6 of U.S. Patent No. 6,831,891 with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board
`
`(“the Board”). In accordance with the fee schedule specified in 37 C.F.R. §
`
`42.15(a), Petitioner submitted payment with the Board at the time of filing of its
`
`
`
`
`

`Petition in the amount of $15,500.00 in fees associated with Petitioner’s Inter
`
`Partes Review request, and a further $15,000.00 in Post-Institution fees.
`
`On April 30, 2019, the Board entered a Decision Denying Institution of Inter
`
`Partes Review (Paper No. 8). Subsequently, Petitioner filed a Request for
`
`Rehearing (Paper No. 9) with the Board on April 30, 2019, which was denied on
`
`June 17, 2019 (Paper No. 10). Accordingly, Petitioner respectfully requests a
`
`refund of $15,000.00 for the post-institution fees that they have paid to the USPTO
`
`in connection with the instant proceeding, to be credited to USPTO Deposit
`
`Account No. 50-4524 of Maynard, Cooper & Gale, P.C.
`
