`INTRODUCTION
`I.
`On August 11, 2017, Patent Owner requested, via email, a call with
`the Board to discuss reconsideration of our Order (Paper 12)1 denying a
`further extension of the deadline for Patent Owner to file its Preliminary
`Response in the above-listed proceedings. In view of Patent Owner’s
`concerns, we have reconsidered our Order (Paper 12), and we hereby extend
`the deadline for Patent Owner to file its Preliminary Response in each of the
`above-listed proceedings until one month after the issuance of a decision on
`Patent Owner’s Motion to Dismiss (Paper 8). With respect to Patent
`Owner’s additional request that the Board should stay the above-listed
`proceedings if the Motion to Dismiss is denied, we observe that such request
`is not yet ripe for consideration. In the event that Patent Owner’s Motion to
`Dismiss is denied, Patent Owner may seek authorization to file a motion to
`stay the above-listed proceedings at that time.
`II. ORDER
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that that the deadline for Patent Owner to file its
`Preliminary Response in each of the above-listed proceedings is extended
`until one month after the issuance of a decision on Patent Owner’s Motion to
`Dismiss (Paper 8).
