`Mountain View, California, USA.

`2. I am of sound mind, capable of making this affidavit, and I have personal knowledge of the

`facts stated, which are ail true and correct.

`3. I certify that the docmnents attached to this declaration entitled “The CRAY-2 Computer
`
`System” and “CRAY-3 Hardware Description Manual” are genuine Cray Research, Inc.
`
`company documents, published by that company as part of the standard documentation for
`
`its Cray-3 and Cray—2 supercomputer products.
`
`4. I have personally examined these manuals, which date to the period of 1985 (Cray-2) and
`
`1993 (Cray—3), and attest to their authenticity and to their storage location in the Compute:
`
`History Museum’s permanent historical archives.
`
`5. The PDF versions of “The CRAY—2 Computer System” and “CRAY-3 Hardware Description
`
`Manual” attached hereto are exact duplicates of the originals kept at the Computer History
`
`Museum.
