`2019, at the Best Western Plus Palm Court Hotel located at 234 D Street, Davis,
`
`CA 95616. The deposition of Dr. Ding will be recorded in written form before an
`
`authorized court reporter and may be recorded by audio and/or video, with
`
`arrangements to be made by Patent Owner’s counsel.
