`A conference call for the above-identified proceeding was held on
`
`December 18, 2018, between respective counsel for Petitioner and Patent
`
`Owner, and Judges Thu Dang, Barbara Benoit, Kevin Turner, and John Lee.
`
`The purpose of the call was to discuss Petitioner’s request to file a motion to
`
`correct clerical errors for IPR2018-01556 and to file a motion to correct
`
`clerical errors and/or file a reply in IPR-01557.1 In particular, Petitioner
`
`requests leave of the Board to file a motion to correct typographical errors in
`
`IPR2018-01556.
`
`During the call, after hearing from counsel for both parties, the panel
`
`authorized Petitioner to file a motion to correct clerical errors, and
`
`authorized Patent Owner to file an opposition to Petitioner’s motion.
`
`Counsel for both parties indicated that they did not anticipate any issues
`
`complying with the briefing schedule.
`
`Accordingly, it is
`
`ORDERED that Petitioner is authorized to file a motion, limited to
`
`correcting the clerical errors; the page limit for the motion is one (1) page;
`
`the motion must be filed no later than December 21, 2018; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner is authorized to file an
`
`opposition to Petitioner’s motion; the page limit for the opposition is
`
`one (1) page; the opposition must be filed no later than December 28, 2018.
`
