`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70, the Board’s Scheduling Order dated February
`
`15, 2019 (Paper 12), and the Board’s Revised Scheduling Order dated April 24, 2019
`
`(Paper 23), Patent Owner Corcept Therapeutics, Inc. (“Patent Owner”) respectfully
`
`requests oral argument on issues related to the patentability of claims 1-7 of U.S.
`
`Patent No. 8,921,348 (“’348 patent”) on the instituted grounds set forth in the
`
`Board’s Decision (Paper 11). The Board has previously scheduled the oral argument
`
`for November 19, 2019. (Paper 23.)
`
`Patent Owner requests that the Board allow Petitioner and Patent Owner 90
`
`minutes each to present their arguments, including any time reserved for rebuttal
`
`arguments.
`
`Patent Owner requests permission to use a computer, projector, and screen to
`
`display demonstratives and exhibits. Patent Owner also requests that the attorneys at
`
`Patent Owner’s counsel table be allowed to use computers.
