`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Patent Owner Bracco Diagnostics Inc.

`(“Patent Owner”), by and through its attorneys, will take the cross-examination of
`
`Dr. Robert T. Stone relative to each of the above-identified IPRs. Given the three
`
`IPR proceedings, Dr. Stone’s deposition will take place over two days,
`
`commencing at 9:30 A.M. (Eastern) each day on May 2-3, 2019. The cross-
`
`examination will
`
`take place at BakerHostetler’s offices
`
`located at 1050
`
`Connecticut Ave., N.W., Suite 1100, Washington, D.C. 20036, or at such other
`
`time and place to which the parties may agree or which may be ordered by the
`
`Board.

`
`The cross-examination will be taken before a Notary Public or other officer
`
`authorized to administer oaths and will be recorded by stenographic means. In
`
`accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1), the parties have conferred and agreed on
`
`this time and place for Dr. Stone’s deposition.
