`On February 8, 2019, we issued Scheduling Orders in IPR2018-
`01448, IPR2018-01449, and IPR2018-01450. Paper 8.2 Due Date 7, the
`date for oral argument, if requested, is identified as November 6, 2019, in
`each of these orders.
`On September 3, 2019, Patent Owner requested to move the date for
`oral argument because of a conflict. Because of limited hearing room
`availability, we authorized Patent Owner to file a motion to move the oral
`argument date to explain further why it cannot attend on November 6, 2019.
`Patent Owner filed a motion in each proceeding that explains Patent
`Owner’s counsel “are required to attend an IP leadership summit for their
`firm” and “were made aware of the IP leadership summit on June 27, 2019.”
`Paper 19, 1. The motions also provided dates when both parties would be
`available for oral arguments. Id. at 2.
`We are not persuaded that Patent Owner has shown an unavoidable
`conflict with the original date for oral argument. Both parties, however,
`have jointly proposed moving up the date for oral argument, and the earlier
`proposed dates have better hearing room availability and would allow more
`time for drafting the final written decisions in these proceedings.

`ORDER
`In view of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that Due Date 7 in each of the above-captioned
`proceedings is changed to October 29, 2019; and
`
