`Cases IPR2018-01389, IPR2018-01391, IPR2018-01392, and IPR2018-01394
`Patents 9,268,748, 9,262,383, 8,185,816, and 7,650,355
`
`The petitions filed in IPR2018-01389, IPR2018-01391, IPR2018-
`01392, and IPR2018-01394 all cite to exhibits solely by exhibit number and
`page or paragraph number. Becaue some exhibits were filed in multiple parts
`in PTAB E2E, the lack of a pin citation to the exhibit part makes it difficult
`to locate to precise exhibit part that the petitions cite to. For example, the
`petition in IPR2018-01389 “Ex. 1005 at 209-240.” From that cite it is not
`clear which part of ex 1005 is being cited. A citation to “Ex. 1005, part 5, at
`209-240” would make the record more clear for the parties, the Panel, and
`the public.
`
`Accordingly, within 5 days from the entry of this notice, Petitioner is
`required to submit Corrected Petitions containing pin citations to exhibit
`parts where appropriate.
