`1 Google LLC, who filed a petition in IPR2019-00748, and Comcast Cable
`Communications LLC, who filed a petition in IPR2019-00748 have been
`joined as petitioners in this proceeding.

`On September 3, 2019 the Board conducted a call to discuss Patent
`Owner Realtime Adaptive Streaming, LLC’s opposed request to terminate
`IPR2018-01331 and IPR2018-01342 in view of the Precedential Opinion
`Panel’s recent decision in GoPro, Inc. v. 360Heros, Inc., IPR2018-01754,
`Paper 38 (Aug. 23, 2019), and to postpone all deadlines until resolution of
`Patent Owner’s request. Petitioner Sling TV, Sling Media, Dish Network,
`Dish Technologies (Sling) arranged for a court reporter for the call. We
`request that Petitioner Sling file the transcript as an exhibit as soon as
`practicable.
`We authorize Patent Owner to file a motion requesting termination.
`The motion is limited to 10 pages and should be filed no later than 10 days
`from the date of this order. Petitioner Sling is authorized to file an
`opposition, limited to 10 pages due no later than 10 days from service of
`Patent Owner’s motion. Petitioners Google and Comcast Cable
`Communications are also authorized to file a joint opposition, limited to 10
`pages due no later than 10 days from service of Patent Owner’s motion.
`Patent Owner is authorized to file a single reply, limited to 10 pages and due
`no later than 10 days from service of Petitioners’ oppositions.
`To accommodate the additional briefing, we will delay pending
`deadlines one month. We will issue a revised scheduling order reflecting
`those changes.
