`I, Robert W. Horst, Ph.D., of San Jose, CA, declare that:

`In reviewing the declaration entitled “Supplemental Declaration of
`
`Robert W. Horst, Ph.D.” dated July 18, 2019 (hereinafter “Supplemental
`
`Declaration”) in preparation for deposition thereon, I identified a clerical error with
`
`regard to one of the sets of graphs I included in my Supplemental Declaration. I
`
`promptly notified counsel for Petitioner of this error and I am preparing this
`
`Corrective Declaration to explain and correct this clerical error.
`

`In particular, I identified that the set of graphs presented on page 15 of
`
`my Supplemental Declaration that precedes paragraph 24 is not the correct set of
`
`graphs. To the best of my knowledge, I simply inserted the wrong set of graphs
`
`when preparing my Supplemental Declaration. The following set of graphs is the
`
`correct version I intended to insert when preparing my Supplemental Declaration:

`The text describing the set of graphs in paragraphs 23 to 31 of my

`Supplemental Declaration and the conclusions I drew elsewhere therefrom were all
`
`related to the above correct set of graphs and were not impacted by this clerical
`
`error. I stand by the opinions I set forth in my Supplemental Declaration.
`

`At this time I have no further substantive corrections that I believe
`
`need to be made to my Supplemental Declaration. But my analysis may continue,
`
`and I may acquire additional information and/or attain supplemental insights that
`
`may result in added observations.
`

`I hereby declare that all statements made of my own knowledge are
`
`true and that all statements made on information and belief are believed to be true.
`
`I further declare that these statements were made with the knowledge that willful
