`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a) and the Board’s Order Modifying
`
`Scheduling Order dated October 2, 2019 (Paper 33), Patent Owner QUALCOMM
`
`INCORPORATED respectfully requests oral argument on the issues set forth
`
`below for the trial currently scheduled on November 20, 2019, in this proceeding.
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70, Patent Owner requests one hour of argument time
`
`for each side, for a total of two hours, and specifies the following issues, without
`
`intent to waive consideration of any issue not requested, to be argued:
`
`ISSUES TO BE ADDRESSED DURING ORAL ARGUMENT
`
`I. Claims 1-8, 12-14, and 16-22 are patentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as
`
`not being rendered obvious over Makela and Moran;
`
`II. Claims 7-11, 19-22, and 24-25 are patentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as

`not being rendered obvious over Makela, Moran, and Tsampalis;
`
`III. Substitute claims 26-33, and 37-42 are patentable under 35 U.S.C. §

`103 as not being rendered obvious over Makela, Moran, and Pirskanen;
`
`IV. Substitute claims 30 is patentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as not being

`rendered obvious over Makela, Moran, Pirskanen, and Viinikanoja;

`V. Substitute claims 32-36 are patentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as not
