`In an e-mail dated October 7, 2019, Petitioner requested to postpone
`the oral hearing—scheduled for November 20, 2019—due to a conflict.
`Petitioner proposed an alternate date of November 22, 2019.
`On October 10, 2019, a call was held between representatives of the
`parties and Administrative Patent Judges Fishman, Wormmeester, and
`Howard. During the call, counsel for Petitioner indicated lead counsel and
`one back-up counsel had a previously scheduled conflict with a law firm
`meeting. Counsel for Petitioner further indicated that if the hearing was held
`on November 20, 2019, one of the back-up counsel would be able to conduct
`the argument. Following the call, counsel for Petitioner confirmed that the
`conflict was not for a court hearing.
`Because back-up counsel is available and lead counsel does not have a
`previously scheduled court appearance, good cause for changing the hearing
`date does not exist.
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that the request to change the oral hearing date is denied.
