`Counsel is directed to Lectrosonics, Inc. v. Zaxcom, Inc., Case IPR2018-01129 (PTAB Feb. 25, 2019)
`(Paper 15) (precedential) for information and guidance on a motion to amend. Counsel is further advised
`that because trial was instituted on February 1, 2019, this case is not governed by the Pilot Program on
`Motions to Amend. See Notice Regarding a New Pilot Program Concerning Motion To Amend Practice
`and Procedures in Trial Proceedings Under the America Invents Act Before the Patent Trial and Appeal
`Board, 84 Fed. Reg. 9,497, (March 15, 2019).

`Patent Owner has fully complied with the requirements of 37 C.F.R. 42.121(a) and no call is necessary. If
`either Petitioner or Patent Owner desire further guidance at this time, the party should send a response by
