`ORDER
`Granting Joint Motion for Protective Order
`37 C.F.R. § 42.52
`
`
`
`IPR2018-01257 (Patent 8,552,978 B2)
`IPR2018-01258 (Patent 8,441,438 B2)
`
`
`On August 13, 2019, the parties filed a joint motion requesting entry
`of a protective order. Paper 56.1 The proposed order (id., Attach. A,
`“Protective Order”) includes modifications from the Default Protective
`Order found in the Office Patent Trial Practice Guide, 77 Fed. Reg. 48,756,
`48,771 (Aug. 14, 2012). These modifications are shown in a red-line
`version. Paper 56, Attach. B. The parties state that they have conferred, and
`“[t]he parties have agreed to this modified Protective Order.” Id. at 2.
`We determine that good cause exists for entry of the Protective Order
`as proposed. Therefore, based on the certification and agreement of the
`parties, the request to enter the Protective Order is granted.
`
`It is
`ORDERED that the Protective Order (Paper 56, Attach. A) is entered,
`and will govern the conduct of this proceeding unless otherwise modified.
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`1 The parties filed substantially identical joint motions in IPR2018-01257
`and IPR2018-01258, both as Paper 56.
