`In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.53 and an agreement between the parties,

`Petitioner Google LLC (“Google”) provides notice to Patent Owner CyWee Group,
`
`Ltd. (“CyWee”) that the depositions of Shun-Nan Liou will be held on Monday,
`
`August 19 at 8PM Eastern Standard Time.
`
`The depositions will be conducted using LiveLitigation (a web-based video
`
`conferencing tool) requiring an internet connection, speakerphone, and computer
`
`with camera. The technical specifications for LiveLitigation are found here:
`
`http://wiki.livelitigation.com/index.php/Technical_Specifications. Counsel for
`
`CyWee will receive an email with a hyperlink that will give the witness access to
`
`video and a telephone dial-in number that will give the witness access to audio.
`
`The internet connection must be a hard-wired Ethernet connection instead of WiFi.
`
`The depositions in IPR2018-0257 and -01258 will be held in a combined
`
`deposition proceeding. The deposition will be transcribed and the audio recorded.
`
