`1 This Order addresses an issue pertaining to the listed cases. We exercise
`our discretion to issue one Order to be filed in each case. The parties are not
`authorized to use this style heading for any subsequent papers.

`Patent Owner filed Motions for Withdrawal and Substitution of
`Counsel in each of the above-identified proceedings. See, e.g., IPR2018-
`01252, Paper 8 (“Motion”).2 The Motion requests withdrawal of lead
`counsel Joseph M. Sauer, and backup counsel David B. Cochran, Matthew
`W. Johnson, Richard A. Graham, Joshua R. Nightingale, David B. Cochran,
`and David M. Maiorana, each of the Jones Day firm, and the substitution of
`new lead and backup counsel as identified in Patent Owner’s Updated
`Mandatory Notices (Paper 6) and Power of Attorney (Paper 7), pursuant to
`37 C.F.R. § 42.10. Motion 2. Patent Owner’s Updated Mandatory Notices
`identifies Chad Walters (Reg. No. 48,022) of Baker Botts LLP as substitute
`lead counsel and Charles Yeh, Brian W. Oaks, Eliot Williams, Joseph
`Akalski, and Jessica Lin, each of Baker Botts LLP, as substitute backup
`counsel. Paper 6, 2. Petitioner did not file an opposition.
`Counsel may withdraw from an inter partes review proceeding only
`with Board authorization. 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e). Under these circumstances,
`the Board grants Patent Owner’s Motions.

`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motions to Withdraw Counsel in the
`above-identified cases are granted; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Joseph M. Sauer, David B. Cochran,
`Matthew W. Johnson, David M. Maiorana, Joshua R. Nightingale, and
`Richard A. Graham are withdrawn from the above-identified proceedings.
