`Petition for Inter Partes Review of 8,934,535, Patent Owner’s Preliminary Response,
`
`Patent Owner’s Response, Petitioner’s Reply, and Patent Owner’s Sur-reply relating
`
`to the single instituted ground:
`
`• Ground 1: whether Claims 1–14 of the ’535 patent (Ex. 1001) are obvious
`under the combination of Imai (Ex. 1005) and Ishii (Ex. 1007)
`
`Patent Owner requests 60 minutes per side for the oral argument. Patent Owner also
`
`requests that the Board provide audio-visual equipment to display demonstrative
`
`exhibits, including a projector to be connected to a laptop, and a document camera
`
`for displaying documents of record. In accordance with the Trial Practice Guide,
`
`Fed. Reg. Vol. 77, No. 157, at 48768, Patent Owner will contact the Board Trial
`
`Division paralegal to discuss this request.
