`Granting Parties’ Motion to Expunge

`
`
`IPR2018-01169
`Patent 8,934,535 B2
`On April 3, 2019, Petitioner Netflix, Inc. filed an objection to Patent
`Owner’s Exhibit 2002, a purported copy of the deposition transcript of
`James A. Storer, because it “contains highlighting by the Patent Owner that
`do not appear in the original transcript.” Paper 27. In an attempt to resolve
`the objection, the parties requested leave to file a motion to expunge the
`originally filed Exhibit 2002 and to replace it with another copy of the
`deposition transcript. We granted leave and the parties filed their Joint
`Motion to Replace Exhibit 2002 on April 25, 2019. Paper 29. Under the
`circumstances, we determine the parties have provided good cause for
`granting their motion.
`
`
`ORDER
`
`It is:
`ORDERED that the Parties’ Joint Motion to Replace Exhibit 2002 is
`granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner’ Exhibit 2002 is expunged.
