`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Petitioner respectfully requests oral

`argument on the issues set forth below at a place and time set by the Board. Oral
`
`argument is presently scheduled for October 9, 2019 (Paper No. 10, Scheduling
`
`Order) to allow for a complete review of the issues presented in all four cases
`
`involving the challenged patent (IPR2018-01152; -01153; -01154; -01240).
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70, Petitioner specifies the following issues to be
`
`argued:
`
` The patentability of claims 15, 17-18, and 20 of U.S. Patent No.
`
`8,698,558 under 35 U.S.C. § 102 under Kwak.
`
` The patentability of claim 16 of U.S. Patent No. 8,698,558 under 35
`
`U.S.C. § 103 over Kwak.
`
` The patentability of claim 19 of U.S. Patent No. 8,698,558 under 35
`
`U.S.C. § 103 over Kwak and Choi 2010.
`
`Petitioner reserves the right to address any arguments presented by Patent
`
`Owner and any other issues about which the Board wishes to hear arguments
`
`during the oral hearing.
`
`Petitioner requests the ability to use a computer, projector, and screen to
`
`display possible demonstratives and/or exhibits. If this request for oral hearing is
