`The ’558 patent is not related to any patents or pending applications

`involved in proceedings currently before the USPTO.

`
`Litigations Involving the Patent-at-Issue
`The ’558 patent is the subject to the following civil actions: Qualcomm Inc.
`
`v. Apple Inc., Case No. 3:17-cv-1375 in the Southern District of California, as well
`
`as Certain Mobile Electronic Devices and Radio Frequency and Processing
`
`Components Thereof, Investigation No. 337-ITC-1065, currently pending before
`
`the International Trade Commission, in which Qualcomm has asserted the ’558
`
`patent against Apple.
