`Subject: RE: IPR2018‐01152, IPR2018‐01553, IPR2018‐01554, and IPR2018‐01240 Joint Request For
`Prehearing Conference

`Dear Honorable Board:

`Pursuant to the Board’s scheduling order, the parties jointly request a prehearing conference at a time
`to be set by the Board for the following four related IPRs:  IPR2018‐01152, IPR2018‐01553, IPR2018‐
`01554, and IPR2018‐01240.  The parties request the prehearing conference to address scheduling the
`time, place and duration of the oral argument.

`The parties have observed that the Board’s public calendar shows that the oral argument for these IPRs
`has been scheduled for Monday, October 28, 2019, at 1:00 PM (EDT) in Hearing Room B, in Alexandria,
`Virginia.  The parties confirm that they can attend at that time and place.

`Regarding the duration of the oral argument, while the parties will accept whatever duration the Board
`feels is appropriate, the parties suggest that 90 minutes be allocated to each side, making the oral
`argument for all four IPRs (i.e., IPR2018‐01152, IPR2018‐01553, IPR2018‐01554, and IPR2018‐01240) be
`at most three hours long.

`The parties have no other issues to address at the prehearing conference and believe that the
`conference need not be scheduled if the Board issues an Order to the parties specifying the time,
`location, and duration of the oral hearing.
