`
`102 that form the basis for the rejections underthis section madein this Office action:
`
`A personshall be entitled to a patent unless —
`(e) the invention was described in (1) an application for patent, published under section
`122(b), by anotherfiled in the United States before the invention by the applicant for patent or
`(2) a patent granted on an application for patent by anotherfiled in the United States before

`
`et al. (20120293253).
`
`Khlat et al. (Figs. 1 and 2) disclose a power management system comprising: a
`
`charge pump converter (12) can be read as a boost converter operative to receiveafirst
`
`supply voltage (battery) via line 24 and generate a boosted supply voltage having a
`
`higher voltage than thefirst supply voltage; and a parallel amplifier circuit (14) can be
`
`read as an envelope amplifier operative to receive an envelope signal (Vramp) and the
`
`boosted supply voltage via line 38 and generate a second supply voltage based on the
`
`envelope signal and the boosted supply voltage, wherein the envelope amplifieris
