`Patent Owner Corephotonics Ltd. respectfully moves that the Board expunge

`Paper 14 and Exhibit 2013 from the docket in this action. As Paper 14 indicates on
`
`its face, it is Patent Owner’s response to the petition for Inter Partes Review in Case
`
`IPR2018-01140. Exhibit 2013 is an exhibit to that response in Case IPR2018-01140.
`
`Both documents were inadvertently filed in the docket for IPR2018-01133. They
`
`were subsequently re-filed in the correct docket.
`
`Counsel for Petitioner Apple Inc. has indicated that it does not oppose this
`
`expungement. Authorization to file this motion was granted by the Board by email
`
`dated March 26, 2019.
