`Noven hereby updates the initial Mandatory Notices filed June 7, 2018, to

`identify the following matters that may affect a decision in the instant proceeding:
`
`On June 12, 2018, the PTAB denied institution in IPR2018-00173, where
`
`the petition had challenged all claims of U.S. Patent No. 9,724,310 (“the ’310
`
`patent”). U.S. Patent No. 9,833,419 (“the ’419 patent”), which is the subject of the
`
`present proceeding, is a continuation of U.S. Patent Application No. 14/738,255,
`
`which is a continuation of U.S. Patent Application No. 14/024,985, which granted
`
`as the ’310 patent. Accordingly, the ’419 patent and the ’310 patent are related as
`
`part of the same continuity chain.
`
`Also on June 12, 2018, the PTAB denied institution in IPR2018-00174,
`
`where the petition had challenged all claims of U.S. Patent No. 9,730,900 (“the
`
`’900 patent”). The ’310 patent is a continuation of the ’900 patent. Accordingly,
`
`the ’419 patent and the ’900 patent are related as part of the same continuity chain
`
`as well.
