`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a) and the Board’s scheduling order

`(Paper 10), Patent Owner, AGIS Software Development LLC (“AGIS”),
`
`respectfully requests oral argument in IPR2018-01079, currently scheduled for
`
`September 5, 2019. Patent Owner requests thirty (30) minutes to present its
`
`arguments. Without intending to waive any issue not specifically identified below,
`
`Patent Owner identifies the following issues to be argued:
`
`1.
`
`all grounds raised by Petitioner in the Petition (Paper 2) as to all
`
`challenged claims;
`
`2.
`
`all issues raised and all findings by the Board in its Institution
`
`Decision (Paper 9);
`
`3.
`
`any subsidiary issues to numbers 1 and 2 above, including but
`
`not limited to claim construction, assessment of evidence, and
`
`admissibility and sufficiency of evidence;
`
`4.
`
`any issues specified by Petitioner in its Request for Oral
`
`Argument, if any; and
`
`5.
`
`any other issues the Board deems necessary for issuing a final
`
`written decision.
`
`Patent Owner respectfully requests that the Board provide audio-visual
`
`equipment configured to display demonstrative exhibits, including a projector and
`
`a screen configured to display documents from a laptop computer.
