`Lowe’s Home Centers, LLC. (“Petitioner”) hereby request a refund of the
`
`$15,000 post-institution fee that was previously paid in connection with IPR2018-
`
`00953.
`
`On April 20, 2018, Petitioner filed a petition for inter partes review of U.S.
`
`Patent No. 7,560,738 and paid the USPTO a total of $30,500 at the time of filing,
`
`which included a $15,000 payment for the post-institution fee required under 37
`
`C.F.R. §42.15(a)(1)-(2). The filed inter partes review petition was denied
`
`institution on November 1, 2018. (Paper 7.)
`
`Petitioner is entitled to request a refund of the post-institution fee that was
`
`previously paid and is entitled to this refund. See e.g., 78 Fed. Reg. 4233 (Jan. 18,
`
`2013) available at http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2013-01-18/pdf/2013-
`
`00819.pdf
`
`For at least the reasons set forth above, Petitioners respectfully request a
`
`refund of the $15,000 post-institution fee previously paid by Petitioner.
`
`The refund may be deposited in Deposit Account No. 50-2324 under
`
`attorney reference number.
