`experience. Prior to joining Unified, David served as VP
`of Client Development at RPX Corporation

`building out RPX's client base starting in 2008. Prior to
`RPX, David was owner and principal of Cascade 10,
`LLC, providing online strategic planning and business
`development services to the automotive, financial
`services, and real estate industry. David worked at The
`Cobalt Group (now CDK Global) overseeing business
`development to automotive OEMs and dealers including
`GM, Chrysler, Honda and Toyota.
`In 1992, David co(cid:173)
`founded Ledge Multimedia, a software consulting
`business subsequently sold to Dataware Technologies in
`1995. David also worked for ATKearney/JSA and
`General Electric. David has a BA in history from the
`University of Virginia and an MA from the Fletcher
