`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a) and the Board’s Order of May 14, 2019

`(Paper 19), Petitioner respectfully requests that the Board hear oral argument on all
`
`instituted grounds of unpatentability in this proceeding, with 45 minutes allocated
`
`to each party.
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Petitioner specifies the following issues to
`
`be argued:
`
`1. Claims 1, 3-5, and 10-12 are anticipated by Comer (Ground 1);
`
`2. Claims 1, 3-5, 11, and 12 are anticipated by Nuwayser (Ground 2);
`
`3. Claims 1-13 are obvious over Comer in view of Nuwayser, Rubio, and
`
`Wright (Ground 3);
`
`4. Claims 1-13 are obvious over Nuwayser in view of Comer, Rubio, and
`
`Wright (Ground 4);
`
`5. Claims 1-13 are obvious over Nuwayser in view of Kranzler, Rubio, and
`
`Wright (Ground 5);
`
`6. Claims 1-13 are obvious over Alkermes’s 10-K in view of the Vivitrex
`
`Specimen, Rubio, and Wright (Ground 6); and
`
`7. Any other motion or paper filed concurrently with or subsequent to this
`
`request.
