`Shenzhen Yinxing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D and production. The
`company attaches great importance to the construction and protection of intellectual property and has applied for
`a series of patents.

`       On February 2, 2015, Yinxing v. Shenzhen Huaxin Intelligent Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. and Beijing Aiqi Jiaye
`Technology Co., Ltd. infringed on the company's patent for the infringement of the company’s patents, which was
`heard by the Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court of Guangdong Province. The judgment is as follows:
`      
`        1. The defendants, Shenzhen Huaxin Smart Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. and Beijing Aiqi Jiaye Technology Co.,
`Ltd., immediately stopped infringing on “a kind of automatic garbage collection device for automatic robots”
`enjoyed by Shenzhen Yinxing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (Patent No. The utility model patent right of
`ZL20092013228.4) destroys the inventory of infringing products and destroys the dedicated infringing equipment
`and molds;
`       
`        2. The defendants, Shenzhen Huaxin Smart Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. and Beijing Aiqi Jiaye Technology Co.,
`Ltd., jointly awarded compensation of economic losses and reasonable expenses to Shenzhen Yinxing Intelligent
`Technology Co., Ltd. in total within a period of 10 days within a period of 10 days.
`       
`        In the future, our company will further strengthen market surveillance and conduct more powerful rights
`protection actions against our company's patent and other intellectual property rights violations.

`申请了一系列的专利。

`       2015年2月2日，银星诉深圳市华欣智能电器有限公司和北京爱琪嘉业科技有限公司所生产及销售的扫地机器人产品侵
`犯公司专利一案，经过广东省深圳市中级人民法院审理，判决如下：
`      
`        1，被告深圳市华欣智能电器有限公司和北京爱琪嘉业科技有限公司立即停止侵犯深圳市银星智能科技股份有限公司
`享有的“一种全自动清洁机器人的垃圾收集装置”（专利号为ZL20092013228.4）的实用新型专利权，销毁库存的侵权产
`品，销毁专用侵权设备与模具；
`       
`        2，被告深圳市华欣智能电器有限公司和北京爱琪嘉业科技有限公司于判决生效十日内向深圳市银星智能科技股份有
`限公司连带赔偿经济损失及合理支出共计人民币50万元。
`       
`        今后，我司将进一步加强市场监控，依法对侵犯我司专利权及其他知识产权的行为进行更有力的维权行动。
`
