`In email correspondence dated August 31, 2018, Realtime Adaptive
`Streaming, LLC (“Patent Owner”) informed the Board that, due to technical
`issues, certain exhibits to its Supplemental Brief (Paper No. 21) were filed
`approximately twenty minutes after the August 30, 2018 deadline had passed
`and that service of the Supplemental Brief and the exhibits was also briefly
`delayed. See Ex. 3001. Patent Owner requests the Board excuse the delay
`in filing the exhibits and the delay in serving the Supplemental Brief and
`exhibits. Id. Petitioner does not oppose Patent Owner’s request. Id. We
`find that the prejudice to Petitioner, if any, caused by brief delay would be
`slight and that the interests of justice favor excusing the delay. See 37
`C.F.R. § 42.5(c)(3).
`Accordingly, it is:
`ORDERED that the Patent Owner’s late action of filing exhibits to its
`Supplemental Brief and serving such Brief and exhibits is excused.
