`Unified Patents, Inc. (“Petitioner”) and Realtime Adaptive Streaming,
`LLC (“Patent Owner”) filed a Joint Motion for Protective Order. Paper 17
`(“Joint Motion”). The Joint Motion includes a copy of the proposed
`Protective Order (Paper 17, Attachment A) and a “redline version”
`identifying differences between the proposed Protective Order and the
`Board’s default protective order set forth in the Office Patent Trial Practice
`Guide, 77 Fed. Reg. 48756, 48769–71 (Aug. 14, 2012). Paper 17,
`Attachment B (comparing the proposed Protective Order to the Board’s
`default protective order). Upon further review of the proposed Protective
`Order, we find that the parties have shown sufficiently good cause for the
`proposed modifications from the Board’s default protective order and that
`the proposed Protective Order is warranted.
`Accordingly, it is:
`ORDERED that the Joint Motion for Protective Order (Paper 17) is
`granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that the proposed Protective Order (Paper 17,
`Attachment A) submitted jointly by the parties is hereby entered; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that the proposed Protective Order (Paper 17,
`Attachment A) shall govern the conduct of the proceeding unless otherwise
`modified by the Board.
