`intellectual property, and in particular patent litigation, for about 9 years.

`I have never been suspended, disbarred, sanctioned, or cited for contempt

`by any court or administrative body.

`I have never had a court or administrative body deny my application for

`admission to practice.

`I have read and will comply with Office Patent Trial Practice Guide and the

`Board’s Rules for Practice for Trials, as set forth in Part 42 of 37 C.F.R.

`familiar with the subject matter and technology at issue in this proceeding. For example,

`I have reviewed U.S. Patent No. 8,856,539, which is subject to Inter Partes Review in

`this proceeding, and all of the prior art references that are asserted by Petitioner to
`
`invalidate that patent.
