`On November 7, 2018, the Board issued a Scheduling Order (Paper 10) in this
`
`proceeding. Petitioner Apple, Inc. (“Petitioner”) and Patent Owner Universal Secure
`
`Registry, LLC (“Patent Owner”) conferred and jointly agreed to modify certain
`
`deadlines in the Scheduling Order in order to place this proceeding on a schedule
`
`that more closely tracks related CBM2018-00025. This proceeding and CBM2018-
`
`00025 are scheduled for oral argument on the same day, August 27, 2019.
`
`Because the proposed modifications included a requested modification to
`
`DUE DATE 6 and the deadline to request oral argument (part of DUE DATE 4),
`
`which required Board approval to modify, the parties contacted the Board via e-mail
`
`on January 30, 2019, to seek authorization for the modifications to the schedule. The
`
`Board provided its authorization via e-mail on January 31, 2019.
`
`Accordingly, as authorized by the Board, the parties hereby stipulate to, and
`
`jointly request entry of, the following adjustments to the schedule:
