`Overview:
`TSG RAN WG1 works on the physical layer of the radio Interface for UE and UTRAN. This includes the specification of the physical channel structures, the mapping of transport
`channels to physical channels, spreading, modulation, physical layer multiplexing, channel coding and error detection. The physical layer procedures and the measurements provided
`to upper layers are specified in WG1 as well.
