`I, Kevin M. Littman, state and declare as follows:

`I am a member in good standing of the Bar of the Commonwealth of

`Massachusetts and am admitted to practice before the Federal Circuit and the
`
`United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

`I have never been suspended or disbarred from practice before any
`
`court or administrative body.
`
`3.
`
`I have never had a court or administrative body deny my application
`
`for admission to practice.
`
`4.
`
`I have never had any sanctions or contempt citations imposed by any
`
`court or administrative body.

`
`I have read and will comply with Office Patent Trial Practice Guide
`
`and the Board's Rules of Practice for Trials, as set forth in Part 42 of the C.F.R.

`I agree to be subject to the USPTO Rules of Professional Conduct set

`forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et seq. and disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R.

`subject matter at issue in the proceeding. I was a law clerk to the Honorable

`California in 1999-2000. I have been practicing law since 2000 and have extensive
`
`experience litigating intellectual property disputes across the country, including
`
`patent disputes in district courts and before the U.S. International Trade
`
`Commission (ITC). I am familiar with the subject matter at issue in this
`
`proceeding. I am counsel in the following proceeding, which is related to and
`
`involves the same patent at issue in this proceeding: 3Shape AIS v. exocad GmbH
`
`and exocad America, Inc., No. 1 :18-cv-11955-NMG (D. Mass.).

`On December 6, 7 and 10, I conferred with Mr. Lee, counsel for
`
`Patent Owner, by email, regarding whether Patent Owner opposes a motion to
`
`admit me pro hac vice in the proceeding. Mr. Lee stated that Patent Owner does
`
`not oppose the motion.
