`Responsiveto last Friday’s telephone conference regarding Patent Owner's requestto reset the oral hearing date for th
`above-identified proceedings,Petitioner writes to inform the Board that it accepts the Board’s offerto reset the hearing
`date to 9:00 AM EDT on June 18. Forthis date, Petitioner strongly prefers the Alexandria location over the Dallas
`location and requests that the hearing remain at the Alexandria location.

`As a separate matter, pursuant to the scheduling orders entered in the above-identified proceedings, Petitioner hereby
`requests that the Board hold a pre-hearing conferencefor these proceedingsto (i) resolve Petitioner’s motions to
`exclude, and (ii) obtain the Board’s guidance as to specific issues they would prefer addressed by the parties at the
`hearing.
